Yuzuru Hanyu: Expectation vs Reality

On and off the ice Yuzuru Hanyu has proven to be quite the character. From his love for fooling around with the other figure skaters, being lifted into the air by his competitors and colleagues and sliding accross the ice while sitting down, to placing Gold on the Olympic podium two times in a row, it is wonderful to see him dedicate time to incorperating fun into such an intense and dangerous career path.Just look at the difference from Yuzuru Hanyu during his time to practice on the ice vs his demeanor during th eprogram that won him gold aat the Pyeongchang Olympics in 2018.
